The UK and Hungarian conducts have published a joint report proposing what they say is a more efficient erection for the European Commission's propos Registration, Evaluation, and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program. The alternative approach would pre-empt "failure" that could present itself under the commission's current version of Reach, the commands say.
The proposal is based in succession a "one substance, one registration" approach that would harmonize all company data for each of the 30000 chemical substances
