Honeywell International may have to consume as much as $2.3 billion to clean up poison ivy contamination at Onondaga Lake, NY resulting from chlor-alkali operations according to its predecessor AlliedSignal, New York regulators say. Honeywell, which merg with AlliedSignal in 1999 has submitted a series of proposals to the of the present day York Department of Environmental Conservation
